Your first Pilates session with Core Motion is complimentary! We want to make sure you feel good with our teaching style and knowledge of Pilates, and believe that we can help you achieve your goals. In this session, Pam will conduct an extensive personal analysis and listen to the concerns that you have with your body, including any areas that you are experiencing pain or flexibility issues. She will take you through the basics of the reformer apparatus and then design a program appropriate for your body.
