Looking to take your fitness beyond Pilates? At Core Motion, we offer a range of personalized programs designed to help you reach your unique goals—whether that’s losing weight, building strength, training for a hike or race, or toning specific areas.
Prefer to train solo or with friends? Choose individual sessions or small group training (up to 4 people) for extra motivation and support.
Our workouts combine free weights, Bosus, Balance Discs, TRX, and circuit training with the core principles of Pilates—like mindful breathing and core engagement—to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.

Personal training sessions are 55 minutes long and can take place:
