Private & Semi-Private Pilates Training
At Core Motion, you can train privately or semi-privately using a variety of Pilates apparatuses, including the reformer. Each session integrates classical Pilates principles with modern techniques — including TRX, Barre work, and balance and stability exercises — to help you move better, feel stronger, and restore balance to your body.
All sessions are 55 minutes long and conducted in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Semi-private sessions are designed for two clients seeking personalized instruction in a small, private setting. You’ll receive individualized attention, hands-on guidance, and the flexibility of appointment-based scheduling while still benefiting from shared motivation.
Pam, professionally trained in the Ron Fletcher Pilates Method, tailors every program to your unique goals and needs following an in-depth consultation. Sessions incorporate the full range of Pilates equipment to ensure a customized, results-driven experience.
