We create personalized programs for pre- and post-surgery needs, including knee and hip replacements, shoulder rehabilitation, breast cancer recovery, and pregnancy or postpartum care. Every session focuses on balance, strength, and core stabilization to help you heal, move better, and feel stronger.
We’re proud to collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists to design individualized programs that evolve with your recovery.
As part of our commitment to giving back, we proudly volunteer with the Wounded Warrior Project through their Pilates mat program.
Session Details
Rehabilitation sessions are offered as private sessions only.
Each session is 30 or 45 minutes long and can take place:

A travel expense applies for locations more than 10 miles from Pam’s studio.
