Meet The Team

Owner, Instructor
Pam Paley
Pam’s journey with Pilates began after a cancer diagnosis in 2000. Following multiple surgeries and the physical trauma of recovery, she lost much of her upper-body mobility. Traditional fitness routines and marathon running were no longer possible—but Pilates offered a new path forward. Through dedicated practice, Pam rebuilt her strength, restored her range of motion, and discovered a renewed sense of vitality. Inspired by her own transformation, she pursued formal training, earning certification through PhysicalMind and completing the Fletcher Pilates Comprehensive Program of Study under Ron Fletcher himself. Her extensive education spans all Pilates apparatus, including the Spine Corrector, and she also holds certifications in personal training, group fitness, water sports, and Pilates. Today, Pam serves as the U.S. Master Teacher for PowerFingers, sharing her passion for movement and healing with others.

Instructor
Mary Blonchek
Mary grew up in Arizona and spent many years in the banking industry before transitioning into a new chapter that led her to Pilates. Her journey into Pilates began through her connection to classical ballet — a lifelong passion she shares with her three daughters, all of whom grew up in the dance world. Mary earned her 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training certification under Master Trainer Pamela Paley through Club Pilates. She also holds additional certifications in the Pilates Suspension Method (TRX) and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). As an instructor, Mary finds joy in helping clients achieve their goals while being challenged and discovering the many benefits of Pilates. She loves the creativity that Pilates offers, allowing each session to be a unique and engaging experience tailored to each clients’ needs. Outside of the studio, Mary enjoys spending time with her family — her husband, Bill, their daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren. She and her husband also enjoy traveling and college football.

Instructor
Grace Yum
Grace discovered Pilates in 2010 at a local gym and instantly fell in love. At the time, she was recovering from a medical condition, and Pilates offered the perfect low-impact approach to rebuilding her strength and restoring her quality of life. Her passion for the practice led her to begin teaching in 2018, after completing a comprehensive teacher training program with Master Trainer Pamela Paley through Club Pilates. She also holds additional certifications in Barre Above and the Pilates Suspension Method (TRX). Originally from Alaska, Grace has called the Phoenix area home for over twenty years and loves the dry heat. She is passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life by building strength, flexibility, and balance through personalized, supportive instruction. When she is not in the studio, Grace enjoys teaching music, listening to audiobooks, and traveling with her husband.

Instructor
Tammi Kelley- Kingsley
Tammie was first introduced to Pilates after hearing a friend share how it helped her regain strength following a knee replacement. Having gone through two hip replacements herself, the story inspired Tammie to give Pilates a try. After taking her first class, she was hooked and immediately fell in love with how it strengthened the core, improved flexibility, and restored her confidence in what her body could do. After two years of practicing Pilates, she decided to take the next step and become a certified Pilates instructor and trained under Master Trainer Pamela Paley. Teaching has been an incredibly rewarding experience. She loves helping others discover their own strength and confidence through mindful movement, proper alignment, and gentle hands-on corrections. Tammie also holds an additional certification in Pilates Suspension Method (TRX). When Tammie is not teaching or taking classes, you can find her playing pickleball, hiking, enjoying long walks, or spending time with her husband and grandchildren.
